Outstanding patient service

Outstanding patient service, the whole practice staff were polite and helpful and the dentist herself was extremely patient and supportive as I’m a very nervous patient.

Emergency treatment

Unfortunately due to the lack of nhs dentists and the pain I was in at the time I was forced to go private even though I'm registered with the practice for nhs treatment, this was because the only date they could give me was 4 weeks later, which was no good for my emergency treatment.

Emergency appointment

I came in for an emergency appointment. Dani saw me and was very pleasant. Thankfully no serious damage. She explained everything to me. Should heal within 2weeks.

My experience

When I phone the surgery I was told I had to go private although I was an nhs patient. I was told my dentist had left that was the reason give did not get any notice.

Amazing service

The dentist was amazing. I was very worried about having my filling as I didn’t want the numbing injection. He reassured me that I didn’t have to have it. He talked to me the whole way through and I didn’t feel a thing. Amazing service.
