The hygienist Alla's rapport and active listening is second to none. I've never had such clear instructions, reassurance and professionalism with any other hygienist in my life. She is wonderful and if you're nervous about having your teeth cleaned or having a scale or polish, I highly recommend this surgery just to book in an appointment with her.

Very friendly and professional staff. Our dentist is Afzal, first appointment with him since Covid and he was fantastic with my daughters. They were apprehensive prior to their appointment however they were put at ease and welcomed by all members of the team.

I have had 4 teeth removed at the dental hospital and honestly dreaded every visit, was in there for a long time, being prodded and pulled and had to have gums gums to remove my broken down teeth, as my teeth crumble away due to Lupus SLE. But, today my dentist Mr Alexander Greig agreed to pull my 5th tooth, and he was amazing, he pulled the tooth in minutes, I had no pain or discomfort at all, and I wasn't as numb either. I was amazed how good and professional he was, I would very highly recommend, one brilliant dentist, cannot rate highly enough.

I was slotted in as an emergency patient on the 17/02/2021 and the staff were absolutely amazing.
Broken tooth needed to be checked, I needed an extraction and whomever pulled the tooth out was outstanding, the tooth pulled out in one, a lovely nice clean job. A big thank you to all involved.

Absolutely amazing care - I recently had two wisdom teeth (one was impacted) out and from start to finish the professionalism, care and information given throughout the procedure from Alex and the nurse was second to none.
My previous experience of having a wisdom tooth out and it was absolutely horrendous at the University Dental Hospital in the city centre, myself, my father as well as colleagues of mine have has some awful experiences there.
I cannot thank Alex and his brilliant nurse enough for their kindness and patience and words of encouragement throughout the procedure and because Alex knows exactly what he is doing my recovery has been much quicker than before.
I would recommend Apple Dental Practice in Yate to anyone and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else in future.

I have had several dentists over the years but can't recommend Alex Greig highly enough. I had an implant done a few years ago everything was explained in great detail and the work carried out to the highest standards. In the last week I had to have an extraction, one of his first patients after lock down. This also was carried out in the most professional and efficient manner and Mr Greig was as gentle as could be for an extraction!!
If you are looking for a Dental practice look no further than Apple, the whole staff at the practice are excellent.

Amazing service during difficult covid restrictions. Showed compassion, understanding, reassurance and sensitivity. Caring and polite with excellent follow up aftercare via phone with Dentist Alex. All staff welcoming, helpful and polite. Have great respect for dentist even more so during these difficult times. Thankyou Alex as always for your professionalism you and your team provides. I have had bad experiences in my youth with dentist's but Tom and his assistant have always made me feel safe, relaxed and at ease during my treatment.
