Very reassuring, patient

I am quite anxious when I come to the dentist, but I find Gemma my dentist to be very reassuring, she tells me every step and why. She's very patient and non judgemental. All the nurses are also always kind and the reception staff are friendly. Makes a very nervous patient a little calmer.

This was my first appointment at "Apple Winterbourne,Bristol" with Dr.House
and from from the first moment in the reception with the really friendly receptionists to seeing Dr House, I felt really relaxed. He talked me through the whole process and was very professional. I can't praise everyone at the practice enough.
