Very patient and understanding

Dentist is very patient and understanding with my son who has autism. Also everything from booking to the actual appointment is organised and well managed.

Friendly to the children

The dentist themselves was excellent. Friendly to the children, explained everything nicely.

What I don’t like is the incessant marketing, having to fill in multiple forms before a checkup asking for data that you already have, or whether I want skin that looks younger.

It’s intrusive, a waste of my time, repetitive and ill-thought-out, and clumsy.

I definitely recommend reducing this component - it would be easy to do.

All staff were very kind and efficient. I was seen very quickly for two emergency appointments. My dentist Roxy and the dental nurses were really kind, efficient and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail at every step. I would recommend this dental practice.

Efficient and friendly dentist. Always good that I can get an appointment on the day of the week I prefer. Appointments are booked well in advance so be prepared. Had my teeth air cleaned at the hygienist appointment today and teeth look much cleaner so worth paying a little more for that.
