Efficient and speedy

I came to your dental practice as my filling broke. I tried making an appointment your receptionists made it for 2 weeks time, then managed to get me an earlier date so kindly text me a new appointment which was really thoughtful.

I went to see Gemma who was lovely. I was nervous but she made me feel welcome along with the assistant. She managed to fill my tooth fast and efficiently. She talked me through the procedure even putting numbing cream on first. She was lovely and so different from any dentist I’ve ever been to. So much information was given. She even comforted me (so did the assistant).

I can’t thank her enough. She was friendly, efficient and speedy. Wow, I was so impressed with her!

Totally relaxed

The whole appointment from arrival onwards was excellent. The reception team, friendly, helpful and efficient. The actual time in the chair, both the dentist and her assistant were again friendly, both were highly professional and informative as to what I was to expect.
I felt totally relaxed throughout.
Always a well-run practice.
My only observation is that the downstairs waiting area looks a little tired and could be spruced up to be a more relaxed waiting room.
