The welcome was less warm than usual - rather than being received in the usual manner, I was pointed to an iPad. I don’t mind this, but I didn’t feel welcomed in.
My wait was short and the team in the surgery were very welcoming and supportive. My appointment was pretty straightforward, so didn’t last very long, but I was well cared for and the dentist explained what she had seen helpfully.

Very amazing experience

The hygienist is excellent and very professional. My teeth look really good after a good clean and polish. She made me feel very relaxed and tells you exactly what she will be doing. I was asked if I was okay and if not she would stop straight away. Overall very amazing experience - thank you.

Broke a tooth over the weekend and called Monday morning. Receptionist said there were no more emergency appointments that day but she'd call back if there was a cancellation. I got lucky, she did call back and I got an afternoon appointment. I was seen on time and repair was done within 10 minutes. Thanks for excellent service.
