A problematic extraction

Whilst I had to have a tooth out and it was quite a problematic extraction Michael talked me through it all, what was happening etc. I always feel I’m in great hands.

Makes me feel comfortable

I am very nervous coming to the dentist but Gemma always makes me feel comfortable, even though I've had a rough ride with my teeth she doesn't make me feel embarrassed by that. The receptionists are always helpful and nice.
