Works well with an anxious 6 year old

I have been with Apple since I was a child, now 38. Have had good and bad experiences but mostly good. At the moment I am extremely satisfied with our dentist Roxy. She is so, so kind and especially good with my daughter who has sensory issues around her mouth. Roxy’s name is regularly mention in our house when it comes to encouragement of cleaning teeth. She really works well with an anxious 6 year old and a probably more anxious mum. Reception ladies are always familiar faces and very professional. The dental nurses are always calm and good at reassurance.

Took great care of me

My dentist took great care of me today. They knew how anxious and worried I was but made me feel at ease the whole time. They kept talking to me and let me knew what was happening.

Explained the whole procedure

Dentist completed the filling as expected. He explained the whole procedure and each step, what to expect and advised me to come back with any issues. This was a private treatment but covered by the practice since the first filling failed.
