Outstanding.
The receptionists were first class.
After a shaky start phoning in waiting for 20 minutes to talk to a receptionist I reached No1 in the queue and was then put straight to answer phone.
Luckily I live close so I popped in to reception. As I said outstanding. The ladies were awesome. Left my details and 2 hours later a cancellation for the next the day was offered and gratefully accepted.
Dentist was very good too, explained what was happening and how to deal with it afterwards. Great service.
Would like to note my appointment was at 14:00, I always like to arrive early (13:50). The surgery door was locked because of lunch. If it had been raining would have been soaked as 3 other people were already waiting so couldn’t stand under cover. I don’t think the old or infirm are catered for in this situation. Covered seating should be available or access to the waiting area.
But overall 5 stars. Thank you very much.

I was concerned about a cap that was fitted which fell off soon after. I saw a warm, welcoming woman dentist who gave me all the options and fitted me with another cap free of charge!! Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Perfect, brilliant service 👏
