Enquired at reception if my appointment would be upstairs or downstairs. Receptionist confirmed appointment would be downstairs. I explained that I would struggle going upstairs due to a hip injury and that I didn't mind rescheduling. Receptionist contacted dentist who immediately said she would see me in the downstairs surgery, meaning staff would have to "set up" the surgery. Effective and efficient
Timely reminder. Technical problems with responding online, but a phone call and filling in a paper form at Reception resolved those. Treatment by dentist & assistant was patient centred, effective and efficient, with a simple lost surface filling replaced within the appointment. Payment of the NHS fee at Reception afterwards was quick and efficient. White, right and bright. I look forward to the next checkup due in 6 months' time.

Wonderful
My dentist is Roxy. Roxy has been wonderful throughout her years with me - she is gentle, caring and efficient. She is good with advice and instruction so that I can look after my ageing teeth to the best of my ability. I haven’t yet joined one of the dental plans because I am content with the excellent service I already receive as an NHS patient.
