Not the best visit to the Winterbourne practice on Thursday 12th. It appears that a new computer system has been installed and the reception staff commented on lack of training. They could not generate a vat receipt for dental work to be completed, which has never been the case on multiple previous visits.
I have full confidence with the actual Dental Team.
