As always my visit to the Apple at Winterbourne was very pleasant. My problem was dealt with promptly and it was explained to me what procedure would help. This was completed with advice for the future.

I saw Afzal and his lovely nurse Lauren today for 3 fillings. I'm a very nervous patient and cannot recommend Afzal enough. He made sure I was completely numb before starting and talked me through every step that he did which helps so much when you really struggle with trips to the dentist! He made sure I knew what to expect after the anaesthetic wore off and how long sensitivity would take to calm down. Without a doubt my best experience at the dentist so far and I am very grateful to Afzal and Lauren for their expert care.

Had toothache for a while. Seen once and given antibiotics but the pain came back. Bit the bullet and called them today. An hour later I’d been in, discussed possible treatments, tooth extracted (huge, all in one piece) and on my way home! Very happy patient!

This dental practice is fantastic. The reception staff as so friendly, helpful and approachable. Catherine my dentist is fantastic, she knows I am very nervous and puts you at ease straight away. She discusses your treatment and the rationale behind each option ensuring your wishes are taken into account. An all round positive experience.
