Friendly and efficient

I was seen on time. Dentist explained what was going to happen during my appointment. Waiting area was clean and tidy. Receptionists were friendly and efficient.

Everyone did their job proficiently

It's never a joy going to the dentist. But, that's why professionalism is so important. I had a problem and was in some pain, they advised me on what to do, and I got an appointment. From arriving to leaving everyone did their job proficiently, and I left minus the pain. What more can you ask for from a dentist?
