Welcoming and friendly

I was not prepared to answer an online questionnaire when I arrived at the surgery. I appreciate that it was an emergency, but I've been with the same dental practice for more years than I can remember. If I'd known, I would have arrived at the surgery much earlier.
However, that aside, I found my visit to be excellent. All the staff were welcoming and friendly, and the treatment I received was carried out speedily and efficiently. Thank you.

Painless extraction

I had been suffering from toothache and an abscess for 48 hours. I was seen the same day by Mr. Mike House who was brilliant. Painless extraction of the offending tooth was performed. Comforting and reassuring.
