I came in as an emergency (unable to release denture plate) and receptionist was able to contact the dentist Roxanne and I was seen within 15 minutes. After some effort the denture plate was released. Many thanks to Roxanne.

Calm, friendly, empathetic
The receptionist was excellent - calm, friendly, empathetic and efficient. She cancelled and rebooked my appointments and got me an emergency appointment for a few hours later. My dentist was also understanding and clearly explained the treatment both today and the plan going forwards.
