Dental surgery is so professionally run.
From staff in reception to hygienist and dentist.
Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
My experiences at Apple have been really positive.
Marta was very kind, listened to me and always checked in on me during my treatment. The dental nurse was equally very kind. As someone who has dreaded the dentist all her life, I’m beginning to feel much less anxious which is a significant turnaround for me so thank you all so much.

Hygienist appointment
Dental hygienist took into account notes left by dentist & also took care to make sure I was comfortable during the work being done. Good advice regarding teeth & gum care.

Hygienist appointment
Marta and her assistant were friendly, proficient and considerate. Although nobody like having their teeth de-scaled, I found the whole experience to be far less uncomfortable than expected. A great team.

Polite and friendly reception staff. Dentist was friendly and professional. Just a shame that you have to wait so long for an appointment and further treatment when you have issues (more than a month each time). I wonder if the treatment would not be necessary if I could have been seen sooner.
However I feel grateful that I have an NHS dentist and such good treatment.
