Friendly and efficient service
I have been using this dental practice since childhood (admittedly many different dentists) and I continue to be impressed by their friendly and efficient service. There is no attempt to push unnecessary treatments on you, and when a recommendation is made, you can rely on it being good advice.

Disabled access
I cannot fault the wonderful staff. Both practitioners and reception staff were more than willing to help me maneuvering my mother in her wheelchair. However, access to the building could not be more tricky. Our local opticians puts down a portable ramp for us, which really, really helps. Perhaps it is worth considering.

Emergency appointment
I called in the morning and managed to get a same day appointment. I was called in on time and my problem was resolved quickly and professionally. The staff were all happy and they communicated clearly and gave me all the options that I could have. They left a very happy person with a beaming smile! Thank you

Tooth extraction
It wasn’t a planned extraction and Roxanne and the team couldn’t have been nicer. They were very calm, informative, and got on with the job. Hannah on the reception desk was lovely, lots of sympathy but again very professional.

Gemma, understands that I have really sensitive teeth (plus a low pain threshold) and explains everything she is going to do, so that I'm prepared for blast of air, water, drilling, injections ect. She very patient and calming as talks me through the on going procedure.
