I needed a crown replacing after it came out with the help of a toffee! Dentist was welcoming, explained what he needed to do and was so quick. All sorted.

Crown preparation.
Treatment was brilliant from all staff, the only issue surrounded waiting time. Delay had built up due to emergency treatment being provided to another patient.
Whilst the delay was mildly annoying the fact that the dentist was able to provide the emergency cover was gratifying in the event that I should find myself in need.

Emergency appointment
I called at 08:45 and was seen at 11:30 for a broken tooth. It was an emergency appointment although I was not in any pain. I was informed, following triage, the same slot may have to be given to someone else, in a worse situation. Thankfully, the appointment was good for me, despite a short delay in my 11:00 appointment.
