I wasn’t seen until 40 minutes after my appointment time. This was my first visit in around 2 years and after viewing my mouth and he realised what the problem was he wasn't even going to do an X-ray. I asked if he isn't going to give me an x ray, he replied he knows what the issue is so doesn’t need to. I advised that I have not been here for a while and that an X-ray is something he is supposed to do especially as I am having teeth issues. Had I not insisted he would not have taken one. Also his chair is not working therefore could not even give me a basic clean. Considering he was 40 minutes late I can’t help but notice that he was rushing my appointment. I left with a temporary filling and to return in 2 weeks time to complete. No advice was given until I return considering I have been having toothaches due to decaying tooth. I asked what I should if the toothache persists and was given any clear answer. It appeared I was delaying his time by asking more questions considering this is something he should have automatically given. In my view very poor service and this dental practice has gone down hill and is getting worse each time I visit. I am currently sourcing a new practice as after this treatment I will not be attending for any future checks or treatments.

Also whilst I was there a little 3-4 years child attended the surgery with her mother. Unfortunately, when her mother took her downstairs for her appointment, she had to bring her back upstairs because the staff were cleaning the equipment and the disinfectant splashed into their child’s eyes. This should have been completed prior to her coming in the room and is an act of carelessness. The mother also stated that she was not offered to complete an accident form, she had to ask if they are not going to complete one, with that they sent her back upstairs to wait. In meantime her child’s eyes was going red. I saw the child prior to going downstairs to her appointment and her eye was not red like it was when she came back up. This is the type of carelessness this practice does and is not acceptable. The amount of people that were waiting long for there appointment was not professional

Doctor diagnosed me within 5secs of looking — correct meds dispensed and significant relief within 12hrs… pain gone within 24-36hrs and swelling 90% cleared in 48hrs.

Awful experience tooth pain and infection but NHS and modern medicine saved the day.

Sola is an amazing dentist! I highly recommend her. She is gentle and kind and explains things thoroughly.

The appointment went smoothly and the dentist was good and gentle.

The whole place stinks of cigarettes. The dentist was very professional however her assistant was on his for phone while I was still being seen. Hand hygiene was poor. I will never go there again. Very disappointed

I’ve always had negative experiences with dentists in the past and avoided them like the plague. Even though I had several dental issues that needed attention, I was really nervous about booking an appointment recently.

I was so impressed with this practice – the dentist was incredibly professional, completely non-judgemental, and genuinely supportive throughout my visit. For the first time in a long while, I’m actually looking forward to returning as part of my treatment plan.

I’ve been to this dentist practice before and I loved the way I was attended to, the lady dentist diagnosed the problem straight away, but this time, I was seen within 5 minutes and was given toothpaste for my pain while my daughter who is a dentist in another country says there is infection in the X-ray that was taken by this male dentist. I was given 6 packs of toothpaste
I got home and the pain got worse. So this service was very poor
