Although the dentist herself was good and informative and friendly, the route to get to her was inconvenient and I encountered dismissive attitudes too.

I understand that people are busy and businesses get busy, but that should mean you are doing well, so can expand the business, I should not have to travel all the way, costing a bus ride, to be seen.
Nobody was answering the phone, I saw a missed call, and I called the other branch, they said it wasn’t them, but no effort to help, and kept calling the one I wanted to see and no answer.
So I said (to myself ) I need to sort out my situation, so I would haul myself down there, and hopefully get an appointment, which thankfully I did.
I think, sorry to say, the reception has declined, and the overall experience, like it’s NEW YEAR, and greeting me is ‘Merry Christmas’ it’s lackadaisical and says “you don’t matter to me”
Finding it irritating, as a creative, I asked that if they had some paper, I could do a “Happy New Year’ message. I wouldn’t have minded if they answered straight away and had a policy on it, but they appeared to glance around, then one of the male receptionists, retorted in a sullen tone, “We don’t need any ‘Happy New Year’s sign’ which I took to be rude and miserable.
I wouldn’t have sought to write a review, but as it ‘fell in my lap’ I must speak as I find it. I’m hoping it’s just ‘January blues’ or something, but they need to consider the way they are portraying themselves, otherwise it wouldn’t make sense for me to not go back to my previous dentist, who the managers there at least became aware of poor treatment and apologised (but weighing things up, I’d had enough) but I know they do a lot of the surgeries but if the are going to offer ‘regular treatment’ than they need to either increase their hours or staff.

The Endodontist was professional and polite and offered great advice

I was at he clinic for an emergency appointment, and I have been welcomed and treated effectively and with kindness.

Although I live in Romford i have been to the dentist Practice a few times it takes just under an hour to get there by Uber I had a check up because the inside wall of my gums were a bit sore and red I was reassured I won't get a abscess I have been prone to them. having TMJ TMD and trigeminal neuralgia doesn't help either the conditions mimic dental problems . I recommend this place for our of hours emergency

Dental consultation

I had a root canal done, not the crown ( basically hadn’t managed to get the money together), the tooth has cracked and needs removing. I was told I should have had it pulled out if I wasn’t getting a crown ( my original plan had been to get one). I felt told off, he was a bit arrogant to be honest and lacked understanding.

I received restorative root canal treatment from the endodontist Mr Hamid and after a year was told the Xray did not show any problems, so was discharged back to my own dentist, but told I can call in the future if I have any concerns.
I am truly grateful as I can eat properly and my teeth feel stable.

I value the consistency in having a dentist I do not need to update on each visit.

I was seen by Dr Saadia and she was extraordinary. I did not feel any discomfort while being attended to nor did I feel any pain after.

Can you ever have a good time at the dentist? My anxiety levels were 100 my phobia on high alert😞but for the first time in years my visit was sooooo calm Thank you for understanding and reassurance and most of all thank you for solving my teeth problem,my dentist was the best and very good at what he does,room 2 thank you😁

This was my first appointment to see an endodontics specialist. Mr.Patel was very professional and l felt confident he would do his very best to resolve my dental problem and save my precious tooth.

Absolutely awful. I had an abscess which needed urgent attention. Dentist drained the abscess and did not even take the proper care into cleaning the area at all - once he slit the abscess, he drained it and dismissed me. Usually an EXPERIENCED dentist will drain and clean the area, then ask you rinse your mouth out.
Absolutely insane.

Whoever is the doctor today January 4 afternoon, I don’t think he knows what he is doing. That’s is the most unsterile, unstandard, and most disappointing procedure I’ve ever experienced. I work in the NHS as well as ICU nurse, we give our very best to our patient. But your service, as a doctor, you have to follow what is needed to be done properly. That’s why most of our patient in ICU have infected endocarditis because of what you dentist practice in your clinic. Do better.
