Emergency appointment

I had a bad experience with this practice. I was in for an emergency appointment, the dentist and other staff didn’t communicate at all, so I left with an incomplete prescription which I could not use. I was forced to trek back to the practice to have it rectified. They made no allowances for their lack of communication. I had to sit and wait 2 hours until the practice reopened after a tube issue meant I arrived a couple of minutes after they had closed. Not a word of apology or concern.

Thorough, thoughtful

I was treated in an emergency and I have never felt so looked after by any other dentist. She was thorough, thoughtful and patient. My tooth felt instantly better after treatment.

Made my son feel at ease

My son was sent here as an emergency patient for a lost filling.
It was 7pm on a Friday and was unsure how long this would take.
His appointment was very quick, the dentist getting straight to the issue with patience and kindness.
Dot (the dentist) was friendly and kind and made my son feel at ease. Very pleased with the entire service provided.

Appointment

I don’t expect to be spoken to the way I was today. My dentist clearly has his own thoughts on Invisalign and he made them very clear to me today. He raised his voice - I can’t imagine he would have spoken to a man in the same way. He looked in my mouth for all of the seconds, didn’t even recline the chair, and said all good. Will do anything to avoid being seen by the same person again.
