From walking through the entrance door to leaving after my Emergency Dental Appt organised by NHS 111 it was absolutely brilliant. I had chipped a tooth quite badly biting down on a boiled sweet, (I will not be doing that again!). The Dentist Dorothia Brown was brilliant and quickly sorted out a temporary filling covering the exposed nerve.

I was seen as an emergency and I cannot fault it. I was seen promptly and relieved from pain very quickly, the lady was reassuring and showed empathy, issue resolved and left very happy. Will definitely change to this dentist after such a great experience.

Same day emergency appointment (referred through 111) very quick and painless. Dentist was really nice and explained everything.

I went for an emergency appointment on 26th of March 25 at 2000h.
Dental nurse on Duty took the x ray of the wrong tooth and started describing these are feelings and that’s what got infected, in fact I pointed out to her is not that tooth, it is the one behind which was partially caught up in the x-ray, then she changed the conversation and start pretending she was talking about my tooth which was giving me so much pain, there wasn’t any swelling or any blood coming out from the tooth or any sign of infection, but she was showing me the x-ray and telling me the tooth is infected, in the x-ray you can’t even see the root canal of the tooth was giving me such pain, and prescribe me with antibiotics for no reason.
When I went to my own dentist, they confirmed it was an infection, it was loose and it had an effect on my nerve endings and they took it off.
I felt the nurse who was on duty at that time wasn’t interested in the situation less what she was doing and prescribing antibiotics for no reason because she couldn’t be bothered examining and trying to find out the problem.
I felt very unprofessional behaviour, someone shouldn’t be in nursing industry, she’s a liability

Absolutely appalling service. Dentist was useless. Waited over 30 minutes over my appointment. Staff was not approachable!

During the cleaning, Dr. Saadia was incredibly thorough, gentle, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. My teeth feel fantastic, and I truly appreciated the helpful tips she provided for maintaining excellent oral care. I highly recommend Dr. Saadia to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!
