Any dentist who alleviates suffering could be considered a saviour, but Dr. Dorothea goes above and beyond with her professionalism and expertise. Following a referral from 111, I visited her after enduring a week of severe pain that neither antibiotics nor a cocktail of painkillers could relieve.

Dr. Dorothea quickly identified the source of my pain; something my own dentist had failed to do, as they had suggested working on the wrong tooth. She took the time to isolate the problematic tooth with precision, showing great attention to detail.

After addressing the issue, she explained everything clearly, including what she had done and the necessary follow-up care my regular dentist should provide.

Dr. Dorothea is truly a five-star professional! (Kofi).

I was sent there for an emergency dental appointment by 111 at 11:20pm when I called in pain at 10pm because of a broken tooth. It was easy to find with adequate street parking. The place was clean and well maintained. Reception staff were courteous. The service was excellent. The dentist efficiently and effortlessly resolved my issue and gave me advice to see my local dentist for further treatment. Glad to know that there is still a great service under the NHS.
