My actual dentist was extremely lovely and helpful and so was the receptionist, however, the waiting times were extremely long

Reception and dental staff were very polite and efficient.

The hygienist did an excellent job, she took around 45 minutes.
I can see my teeth much better

I did not have a long wait. You provided a quick and friendly service. You answered my questions and confirmed when I repeated them back. You provided a new prescription, and explained I needed to eat before taking the meds. When it was stamped, I was given the name and address of a chemist, so I was able to start the meds that night. You also gave me hope that my tooth may not need to be extracted after this treatment.

Was made to feel at ease after confessing that I had not been to a dentist for years. The dentist was pleasant and confirmed that my wisdom tooth was coming through where she provided medication with a review in 13 days.

The main reason why I'm taking my time out to write this message is to tell everyone how bad this place is. The decor was filthy, paint peeling off the walls, outdated posters. Receptionist was rude (treated me differently to the black woman that was seen before me), everything seemed dirty.

The whole place needs a makeover, including the staff

The Hygienist and the assistant were very friendly. She explained the treatment very well and advised on what to be doing moving forward. Very professional.

I use text from my phone what she say, I read my phone when she talk. Because I am deaf and I am happy, helpful. She say my teeth clear no problem. She advised me take white toothpaste.

This review is fronm 29th April, for a pist 21h00 appointment.
The main dentist was extremely aggressive to the receptionist-we could hear him shouting at her although we were downstairs. I tried to alleviate by being friendly and cheerful despite my discomfort when I went for examination, but he was extremely brusque and terse.
No cleaning or what i would consider examination- he put one finger in my mouth, told me to get antibiotics and go see a doctor to book me in for treatment. It was left to me to find out what for.
I paid beforehand as per their policy but sadly I would recommend review in this dentist conduct and at best bedside manner.
Assistant seemed quite professional and filled in where the dentist did not.
I would ordinarily shoulve requested a refund before treatment such as this, as even the gentleman before me expressed his anxiety and having to be attended to by someone who was clearly angry and aggressive.
However it was my only available option.
Perhaps he was having a bad evening - but as a salaried worker there are likely basic standards that we all at least try to adhere to.

The dentist gives you care advice. When you are at home. It has improved my teeth care.

Great experience and treatment for replacement crown from dentist Dr Sola Asaolu. The previous crown I had fitted was terrible way to long ext etc. Dr Sola has made the worry about having a photo taken a worry of the past. I am so grateful to her.
I would not hesitate to recommend this particular dentist named above. Brilliant!

When I arrived I had a warm welcome with a smile from the young Lady at reception, everything was explained to me and I got to asked questions which was answered. Very busy but I did not have to wait to long, excellent.

Dentist was very friendly. Receptionist was also very polite.
