Very informative service from Doctor Patel. The front of house team, Paris and Jude were both friendly and kept patients update regarding slight delays. I have never left the dentist with a larger smile than when I arrived, until today.

Amazing staff

Attended via 111 emergency dental. Received excellent prompt service, I was expecting a dirty small practice based on the reviews.. But was pleasantly surprised. Its a clean newly modernised space and the staff were beyond excellent. Thank you.

THANK YOU SO SO SO SO MUCH TO EVERYONE AT THE PRACTICE!!!!!!!! After walking everywhere and almost ready to give up, resign myself to hermit status for the rest of my days rather than horrify people with the problem i had... i walked on and i had said to myself 'try this practice' and that's it for me. God Blessed me when i walked in. Even in the state i was in and the fact that it's a sunny lovely day and you're all giving your time to help us, everyone was so understanding, kind, helpful, sweet, sympathetic, non-judgmental .. sorry, my brain is tired and run out of adjectives. Martin and Eleni Thank you for making me smile when all i'd done is cry. I just want people to know that we should never follow other people if they have negative words. Brilliant dentists. Staff and appointments are quick efficient friendly and helpful. No frills but absolutely does the job. Takes nhs patients and recommends work with regards to your budget.

Service was good. pleased with the customer service I received. Would recommend them.

The dentists here are absolutely fantastic, there's no other way of describing their clinical knowledge and approach to their patients. The only real problem I have is with the nightly security/reception staff member. While he is undoubtedly a nice guy, why hasn't anyone else in the practice helped to teach him basic healthcare English or the proper instructions for filling out emergency NHS dentistry forms? With a little support, he would be an ideal member of the team.

Called 111. Was in unbelievable pain with a cracked tooth. I arrived at 00:30, and was seen straight away. Did a very good job and took the pain away. Very grateful!
