All excellent - only marked 4/5 on 2 questions because, whilst satisfied with the cost, no information was provided beforehand (just answering the question so maybe the question is wrong?) and have only just started the treatment so, as just said, maybe the question (or timing of feedback) isn't quite what is intended. I can't thank Broadlands Dental Surgery enough, that includes all the receptionists, they are very friendly and courteous at all times.
Can I mention my dentist Hannah Jenkins, what a beautiful person. I am a very anxious ( scared at times ) person when going to see her, whatever the treatment entails, but she always puts me at ease, never patronising or judgemental. Don't get me wrong ,it doesn't get rid of my anxiety but Hannah makes a scary situation a lot better. Hannah is very patient and friendly, also Hannah's Nurse ( I'm so sorry I can't recall her name ) but what a lovely person also.

Compassion and understanding

I needed an emergency appointment with my dentist, Fiona. I was given an appointment for one hour after calling. I requested the possibility of having my consultation downstairs due to accessibility issues with stairs, this was put in place for me and was made to feel that it was no trouble. Due to a medical condition, my dentist, Fiona, had to contact my specialist hospital, which again was done with compassion and understanding. Amazing treatment as always!

Care and attention and skill by Anna Broughton and staff for nigh on 25 years for myself and husband. An extremely well run clinic, friendly and helpful staff. Our dentist is the best!
