I had a great experience with Broadlands Dental Surgery. Booking an appointment online was quick and simple, and when I had a few questions beforehand, the reception team were incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone. I hadn’t been to the dentist since before Covid and was feeling a bit anxious, but Dr Kelson was patient, professional, and immediately put me at ease. I felt well looked after throughout. I would highly recommend Broadlands Dental Surgery to anyone!

I am happy with the service from the Broadlands practice. My latest visit was for a check-up and I had no work required so had a scale and polish at the same visit which was part of my plan and which saved a further visit later.

This is a private practice therefore it is not as cheap as an NHS practice. Saying that, try finding an NHS practice anywhere. The staff are Pleasant and they provide an excellent service.

I rang to book an emergency appointment for tooth pain. I received an appointment within a few days with the proviso to ring again if things deteriorated. My appointment was with my usual dentist and was very thorough and helpful. Wonderful service, friendly and kind staff.

Exceptional dentist that makes me feel calm and at ease. Everything is explained well and always asked if im ok during treatment. Reception staff are also very pleasant and helpful. Overall great experience every time. No longer worry about dental visits!

Treated with dignity and respect
I chipped a front tooth and was offered an appointment within 3 working days to see my usual dentist. I had to pay a deposit on the phone which was a surprise but not unreasonable. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was treated with dignity and respect. Within 15 minutes I was invited in for treatment by my dentist herself. She explained the procedure she intended to carry out but did not give me false expectations. However she went over and above to virtually re-construct my chipped front tooth. She took great care to keep me informed throughout the procedure. I must say a special thank you to the assistant who was patient and even laughed at my weak jokes. All in all I am more than pleased with the result and feel like I have a complete front tooth again. Well done again Broadlands Dental Surgery.
