Reasonably priced

A very welcoming customer service desk. I am a very nervous customer and it was my first time there. I found all the staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The dentist was very clear, informative and interesting, showing me my x rays and explaining everything in a way I could understand. I had a very good experience and was less anxious than I thought I would be. Reasonably priced for standard of care. Very pleased overall.

Excellent experience. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Nice to have Nia back. Although, I have been well looked after whilst she has been off. No complaints from me.

The care was flawless

I underwent a comprehensive treatment plan that involved multiple extractions followed by dentures. The care I received from Kyra was flawless—she was consistently professional and reassuring throughout the process.

I had previously had a bad experience with another (unnamed) dentist, but that proved to be just a blip. Kyra completely restored my confidence with her superb approach and expertise.

I’d also like to mention the front desk team, who were always pleasant, polite, and efficient, making every visit run smoothly.

Always a pleasant dental experience. The Reception staff, Nia and her dental nurse are always so friendly. They always put me at ease. Everything is explained clearly and there are always clear answers to any questions. Would highly recommend them.

Restored my faith in attending a dental practice

I had not been to a dentist for about 15 years, so I was somewhat apprehensive. My first appointment put me at ease, my dentist was friendly and non judgemental. This restored my faith in attending a dental practice. I have some further appointments and have confidence in my new dentist.
