Can’t fault the care
I was extremely nervous as this was my first time at the dental surgery having changed dentists. I am a nervous patient anyway but was made to feel completely at ease. I was listened to. Can’t fault the care I was given today.

Amazing
Fiona is amazing, I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks and Fiona and her team are so supportive and always make me feel comfortable. Had appointment today and it took all my energy to attend as was having a bad day, as soon as I walked in and advised how I was feeling the caring nature immediately put me at ease. Very pleased with my treatment
I've had a few appointments recently and am very pleased with my treatment. The reception staff are welcoming and efficient. My dentist Keira was very thorough and always explained each stage of my treatment and answered any questions I had. Her dental nurses are very pleasant and efficient too.

Everything is explained to me
I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. However, the team are so encouraging and calm, they make me feel a lot easier. Everything is explained to me before the work starts, I can pause during the treatment when it gets a little too much.

Wonderful and reassuring
I had a very bad experience when I went to the dentist 40 years ago, and never went again, until a week ago, because it became needs must, as a front tooth broke and fell out. I explained I was very, very nervous of going to the dentist, I need not of worried, Anna was absolutely wonderful and reassuring, went through all the process, to the point I felt very at ease and relaxed. Today I went back and had two teeth removed and the two teeth plate. I now think why on earth was I always in a panic about going to a dentist? So thank you Anna of Broadlands Dental Practice.
