Kind and mindful of one’s needs
I would like to thank Indy and Tyrunni for their care and good work.
I suffer with a lot of fear about going to the dentist and have sensitive teeth.
I used to dread going to the dentist and would always try and put it off until I met Indy
I explained to Indy what fear I have and she has been one of the best dentists I have ever met, plus she has a lovely nature.
If you have fear of going to the dentist, speak with Indy and be honest, she will be as mindful and caring towards you and will help to make your visit as comfortable as she can, and has a lovely, kind assistant named Tyrunni

I'm not a person that goes to the dentist.
I’m frightened by having treatment done.
But the dentist lady I have is amazing, she supported me so much & kept on asking if I was ok & did I need to stop my treatment for few seconds.
I’m glad I had the care & support today.

Excellent service! Managed to get an appointment quickly to deal with painful teeth. Dentist was professional and friendly and not only treated the problem there and then but also offered good advice for teeth care.

Re-root canal under Conscious sedation
As an extremely nervous dental patient, Josh and the team at Valley Hill Dental Practice were very understanding of my fears and explained everything clearly and calmly and the whole procedure which was carried out under conscious sedation was performed in a professional manner and l would have no hesitation of recommending them to anyone, especially others like myself who were traumatised as children visiting the dentist back in the sixties. The procedure went according to plan and even my crown fitting following the procedure was simple and straightforward. I had no after effects and I am very grateful to Josh for making what initially seemed terrifying to me, a positive experience.
