The reception staff were friendly giving a polite welcome. The appointment time was met and the procedure was carried out efficiently. The information given before and during the procedure was precise and calming. As always at Valley Dental the entire appointment was carried out in a warm, efficient manner.

Needed an emergency appointment
Called the surgery and spoke to Maggie on reception and explained that I needed an emergency appointment as my front tooth had broken in half and it was my daughter’s wedding in 2 days. Maggie was fantastic and booked me to see Emma who was outstanding! Thank you so much.

I am extremely grateful for the Practice seeing me within 1 hour of me calling them to say I had severe toothache. The dentist spent 1.5 hours working on my tooth in the first of several appointments to do a root canal treatment and crown the tooth. I was very impressed with them - as I have been many times over the years.
