Yet again another super service at Valley Dental Practice. Prompt service, clear information, gentle treatment and super with our daughter too. Today I had a treatment and Inderpal and her assistant were brilliant. No pain and they were very understanding of a super nervous patient. Thank you.

I had an appointment to extract a cracked tooth. After an examination, the dentist explained the options open to me but assured me he could extract the tooth without too much trauma. He did so quickly. Very efficient and on NHS. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

Exceptional Service from Debbie at Valley Dental Practice
I had a fantastic experience with Valley Dental Practice in Buckhurst Hill, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Debbie at reception. She went above and beyond to help coordinate my urgent request for my son’s chipped tooth to be repaired. Debbie took a proactive approach, promptly returning my call and ensuring we were booked in quickly.
What really stood out was her thoughtful follow-up: even though I was already due to visit the practice, she called to update me personally and inform me that she had raised a request with the practice manager for our family to be considered for re-registration, having been away from the practice for a couple of years. Their policy was brought to my attention today.
Her service was not only courteous and professional but also genuinely caring and proactive. Debbie is a true asset to the practice, and her efforts made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Thank you!
