The reception service is always good but the pain I was in from a dental clean up was hugely disappointing
I've recently transferred into the practice and am considering leaving as I have never been in so much pain from a clean up in 50 years!

My hygienist took onboard that my teeth are sensitive especially using the water de-scaler so during my treatment she used both water and manual de-scaler which worked well and put me at ease. I felt the clean was much more thorough than last time, she took her time and spent longer de-scaling. Polishing at the back of my teeth is a plus, really like the way my teeth feel when leaving today . Thank you and keep up the good work .
