Pre-appointment call a day before the appointment is a very useful reminder.
On the day, a warm welcome in reception & the call into the dentist’s chair was on-time as ever.
Dr Preena Patel is a very friendly & highly professional dentist who readily put me at ease. She is thorough with her examination firstly explaining what she intends to do and ending with her findings & recommendation.
