I was happy with today's consultation with the dental surgeon Dhiren Chvda. The management of my dental condition was good and the charges were reasonable. Reception staff was good as well.

Emergency appointment
Rang in the morning, explained to the receptionist what my problem was and that I was getting some bad pain in my tooth.
I was given an emergency appointment for the same day 6.45 of which I was very grateful.
Dentist Sanjay explained what he suspects the problem to be, and what would need to be done to resolve the problem. Gave me a prescription for antibiotics as the tooth had an infection.
He said he was going to try to move some patients times around to get me in for root canal treatment for 11th April by which time the antibiotics would have hopefully taken the infection away. More than happy as always with the care given.

This was a regular check-up appointment, also including the follow-up on extra treatment carried out some months ago. The appointment was punctual. The care and consideration was excellent. Advice given was above and beyond expected, always thoughtful of the patients needs.

This check up was carried on time. During the check up I was fully informed of what was happening and afterwards was given clear advice of what treatment is necessary. Reception staff were friendly and efficient both before and after the appointment.

Fill a cracked filling
I’m a nervous patient so it was of upmost importance they I felt as relaxed as possible. My dentist was patient, empathetic and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable in any way. Took his time and got through the procedure a lot easier than I thought, so for that I’m grateful.

Urgent appointment
The appointment was made very promptly and as in the past, was on time and excellent. An appointment for a tooth extraction was made although unfortunately, none were available before the 22 April.
As there was a gum infection beneath the tooth, Josh gave me a prescription for Amoxcillin tablets which treated this. Unfortunately this infection has blown up again and I would appreciate a further prescription which hopefully will reduce the infection before the tooth extraction as I am sure that it would be best if there was no infection present when the tooth is extracted. If you could confirm that this will be available I will arrange for someone to pick this up for me.

Arrived at the dentist and was seen quickly, was told step by step what he was doing, had no pain at all while it was being done and minimal pain after.
