As always, the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The dentist was very thorough, albeit "only" a check up it was also to prepare for a crown that I need to have.

Check up and X-ray as it was my first visit
The receptionist was very good and made me feel welcome. The dentist put me at ease and she was very efficient in explaining clearly what treatment is needed. I felt reassured.

I am an nhs patient. The nhs has 3 price bands depending on the treatment you require.
This dentist made up his own prices which were above the nhs price bands and claimed that the treatment was nhs prices.

Excellent appointment! Dentists scare me and I was fine! Reception was so polite welcomed me, and my dentist Emma was fantastic, making sure I was comfortable and not too worried she also was interested in me as an individual, not just the next patient.
The cleanliness of the reception and surgery was immaculate and the waiting area was nicely spaced.

A credit to the practice
Very happy, had to cancel my first appointment due to Covid and was seen within 2 weeks of being clear. Saw a new dentist who was wonderful. Very professional and seemed to be experienced beyond her years. A credit to the practice.
