My dentist was excellent, she understood my anxiety with the dentist and she tried her best to make me as calm as possible which I really appreciated, she spoke with me like she would her daughter which was lovely.

Always friendly and I am very pleased with my dentist. I like the appointment reminders as you tend to forget dates after a few months. They have also fitted me in a couple of times for emergency treatment.

I have been with the Valley Dental Practice for many years. They have always been welcoming and caring. They always listen to your concerns and requests and try to act upon them as well and quickly as they possibly can. There's a great system online to identify and connect you with the practice for personal information and status on your general health which I think is very important, so that whoever the dentist you're seeing, she or he will know everything about your history at the Practice.
This time I was in for a check up with Emma Henderson and her assistant (do not know the name) who were very accommodating, caring, considerate and made my visit a very comfortable experience.
I'm always very well looked after.
