Very good experience
I have moved from an NHS dentist to Valley Dental Practice, as a private patient. Yes it is dearer but I feel it is worth the extra because I like the care and attention I receive. I would thoroughly recommend.

Saw the hygienist today
The staff at the reception were very helpful and courteous. The Hygienist is able, knows her job and I felt quite satisfied with her treatment/procedure she performed on me. I have already booked another appointment to see her for my follow-up.

Would give my dentist 12 out of 10, he is attentive, polite and very thoughtful towards the patient as I am very nervous of dentists and he puts me at ease straight away. I trust him completely.

Clean and bright reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was greeted by the Nurse, who was also very pleasant. The Dental Surgeon, Nabin was patient and took time to discuss other health issues (relevant to treatment). In my 70 years I have visited many Dental Surgeons who have been a bit 'heavy handed' Dr. Nabin is the most gentle Dentist I have ever visited. He was also very good with my Grandson who had problems with a couple of his milk teeth.
He thought Dr. Nabin was wonderful. Thank you!

Having chipped a front, lower incisor tooth, leaving a sharp edge, Dr. Preena saw me at quite short notice. Friendly and relaxed, she soon fixed up the problem tooth. The Dental Nurse was also very friendly.

There was building work going on upstairs which no one apologised for in advance - not even a noticeable sign at reception desk or in waiting area. I had to ask what the noise was before it was explained or apologised for. At a couple of points i couldnt hear the hygienist speak.

We have tried to restrict the noisy part of the build to non-clinical times, but this has not always been possible. We anticipate the work to be completed by the end of Aug 2023.
