All my appointments with Valley Dental have always been handled with extreme courtesy, patience and kindness. The staff are thoughtful and careful. Satin, particularly, has a perfect manner, understanding and skilful to a very high standard.

A good day at the dentist
A pleasant welcome. Lovely cool waiting room, with the aircon. I had a nice chat with other patients. My dentist Dr Patel was very friendly. I had an x ray. All was good. See you in 6 months.

Excellent Dental Practice

Crown and filling
I had three separate appointments each lasting 1 hour, so 3 hours in total, with lots of the dreaded drilling. However, Josh my dentist was amazing, I can honestly say it was at all times very comfortable, who knew that was possible to describe 3 hours of dental treatment? Josh was highly skilled, gave me all information necessary and I felt incredibly relaxed and full of confidence in him and his dental nurse. The high standard was consistent across the 3 separate hours of treatment, so it is a reliable well evidenced assessment of excellence .This is the most dental treatment I have ever had and I honestly can’t believe how overwhelmingly positive it all was. Brilliant practitioners, thank you very much.

A lovely friendly dentist surgery
What a lovely friendly dentist surgery. All staff were chatty and helpful.
We felt as if we were treated like old friends!
Hardvic was amazing with my Austin daughter. She won’t see any other dentist. He is so kind and gentle and explains all the procedures calmly and clearly.

I always have my teeth cleaned every 3 months. Always a great job!
I am a real coward when it comes to that dentist chair! The hygienist knows this and will use the hand tools instead of the power tools. Very kind.

Follow up Investigation of possible problem .
Having the initial investigation some 4 weeks ago this return visit may have indicated a problem requiring treatment. However the initial verdict was that a recently fitted crown may be slightly high causing discomfort around the tooth when biting down on it. The crown height was reduced with an immediate improvement but some discomfort remains which may reduce over time. The suggestion is to give this time and eat a soft diet for a while. Contact the dentist should the discomfort return.
