Emergency appointment

I phoned early in the day for an emergency appointment. There were none available for that day, but was told should there be a cancellation I would be offered an appointment. Sure enough twenty minutes later I was offered an appointment for later that morning. I was seen by Charlie the dentist, who dealt with my problem tooth very quickly, efficiently, and painlessly! I have been using this dentist for a number of years now, and have never had cause to grumble. Everyone there is friendly, polite and helpful.
