My experience

Late being called in for my appointment -as usual. I received a call about 45 mins before my 9.15 appt asking if I could attend earlier, which I agreed to. I ended up being called 15 mins after my original appt time. The lady after me got the same call.
I can’t remember ever being called at my appointed time, even when I request the first one of the morning. A little less chatter between the staff may be a start.
I work in a hospital and delays sometime are avoidable, but every time? And first appointment of the day? It really does need to be addressed please.

Super care from Burbage Dental Surgery again. Such a friendly and calm place- which helps to keep my anxiety at bay. My son has needed extra attention and I feel confident and reassured that he is in good hands with Mrs Hayer.
