Friendly and very professional

It’s great that appointments start on time. Both the hygienist and dentist are friendly and very professional and simply get to work. They also seem to be using the latest technologies and prove practical advice.

My experience

Despite having an appointment at 11:20 I was not seen until 12 and was only aware the dentist was running behind from overhearing a conversation with another patient : when you are arranging appointments around work this isn’t good. This has happened the last two times I attended leading to me having to actually leave before being seen .

I was able to get an emergency appointment on the same day. The issue was assessed and I was able to get a schedule of appointments booked for treatment to be done.
