Emergency appointment
I needed an emergency appointment for a dental abscess. This was arranged promptly same day.
Because I was going away shortly the Dentist (Gina ) put me on antibiotics and arranged root canal surgery the same week allowing me to take my holiday as planned. Everything was explained in detail and relatively pain free.
I am extremely glad to be able to have this procedure under the NHS.
Thank goodness for dental practices like yourselves who maintain an NHS list. For patients like myself with complex dental problems it is an imperative.

Excellent treatment with both hygienist and dentist. Both took time to talk to me, explain issues, put me at my ease and ensure they did the best work possible. Very friendly and great at what they do. Thank you.

A very reassuring appointment
Friendly welcome. Hygienist introduced herself (first time of meeting new hygienist). I was encouraged to share progress since last appointment. Full explanation of proposed treatment before work commenced and full description of outcomes afterwards. Really useful advice to take away. A very reassuring appointment.

My experience
I was kept waiting for 25mins and as I suffer from anxiety when I attend Dental practices that's not good, plus I've had a particular tooth that has been getting gradually more painful with each checkup appointment and I'm still hearing 'lets see how it goes', this particular checkup I've paid for first tier treatment as a small filling has fell out (this payment includes up to 2 fillings and a x-ray) so why aren't I getting the problem tooth x-rayed and filled if needed.

I had a tongue tie correction, performed by Dr Hind and Hristina.
Having your tongue lasered is an unnerving prospect, but both were professional, happy to answer questions, and very reassuring throughout the procedure. The process itself went smoothly. Due to the nature of using a laser, it has healed up well within a week or so.

Went for my initial consultation with Dr Gina, was called through and seen very quickly. The treatment I require was discussed in detail and a mock up of the colour of the bonding to be used was done to give a better idea. She was very professional and answered all the questions I had. Looking forward to have my smile transformed in the coming weeks.
