Back today after covid as settled down, and I was not disappointed, I am happy they take account of patient needs.

Maddies and her assistant know I hate the dentist and they are just so kind and understanding and numb me whenever I need treatment, even a clean.

I have been with WF Dental Practice for about three years now, and I have found their service to be quite reliable. The appointment booking is efficient and reception staff are always willing to be helpful and friendly. I have been seeing a dentist called Raj since I first went to WF Dental, and all checkups and/or treatment performed by him went great, especially as he had a comforting nature which I feel is necessary for a lot of patients such as myself who suffer from bad anxiety. Waiting times after you arrive are about as to be expected, but it really isn’t too long to wait at all, as you are seen quite promptly.

The only criticism I have is that I recently experienced a communications issue with WF Dental in that I wasn’t receiving any messages about future or upcoming appointments, and only found out I had an appointment recently after receiving an email telling me so, in which I had to call up to address the problem, but as I said previously the receptionists were lovely and very helpful, and my contact information was checked and updated accordingly.

Overall, a very good service.
