From the receptionist, who was wonderful, helpful and welcoming. To the dental nurse, who was very pleasant and put me at ease. To my regular dentist who is absolutely the best. My opinion!
These are all the reasons I ensure I attend my appointments. Not only for first class treatment to not wanting to lose my place.

There is a very good booking in system and you get reminders by text. The Reception team are polite. Gov (Govind) has a friendly manner and is very patient focused. He always puts me at ease and always has time to listen, explain and offer advice. Gov is a caring dentist.

Very good Dentist but………
My Dentist is always very professional, helpful and cheerful, I believe I have built a very good relationship over the many years of service. Always a joy, however, the receptionists can be a very hit-and-miss affair, whilst I understand the pressure they must be under, I feel a reminder now and again that we are the customers, we may be in pain, we may be scared we may be worried visiting, there is no sympathy or empathy, sometimes they come across as just rude. Continuous staff training and customer service is an absolute must if the customers experience is to be increased to satisfactory.
