Shiv is the best dentist I've ever had. She has a person centred approach, such as explaining her work, standing infront of you to talk, which makes you feel like an individual. She's approachable and can ask her any questions. Her and Cleo work well, always organised and professional.

Pay far too much for NHS check up for a very poor service as now you're only in the room for 5 minutes. If you need a scale & polish you have to pay privately which is £73 and make a separate appointment. It's all about greed now and it seems all our dentists just want to do more and more private work. Its an absolute disgrace.

A very friendly and understanding dentist. This is the only surgery I've been happy to attend due to a past fear of the dentist.

My favourite dentist!
For me, the first visit to a dentist is not simply a matter of undergoing a check-up or receiving remedial treatment. It is also a test to determine whether there is a rapport between myself and the dental technician and thereby develop confidence in establishing a long-term association.
I first met Lovelyna Chopra when she was a member of Cedar Road Dental. There was instant rapport and I unhesitatingly made that my practice of choice. When, two or three years later I learned that she was taking up a new appointment at Weston Favell I immediately applied to join their list of patients.
I have found the Weston Favell reception team to be friendly and courteous and appreciate the sending of SMS reminder messages of appointments and confirmation of future dates. On a score of 1-5, Lovelyna and the Weston Favell team receive maximum points!
