Fabulous
Gov and his nurse (sorry forgot her name) were fabulous. I am so scared of the dentist and get very anxious. They put me at ease straight away.

Friendly and efficient dentist team
Both my main Dentist and her assistant were friendly, and really efficient at checking my teeth and I was really pleased to hear that my teeth are still in good condition!

Good dentist, not such good reception staff
There is one particular young lady on reception who is not terribly friendly. Today as I arrived, she barely looked up at me and just said “can I help?” In a bored tone, “name?”. “Take a seat and you’ll be called”. No smile, no friendly tone. Not very welcoming. I’ve encountered several times and I never enjoy seeing her! The dentist was good, explaining everything well and making me feel looked after.

Pleasantly suprised
No waiting to see the receptionist. After completing the registration forms I was called in to see the dentist who did a thorough examination and took xrays. No treatment required next appointment in 12 months. Paid the bill, the whole process took less than 30 minutes, brilliant.

Dental Appointment
As usual fantastic service provided by the whole team and especially Govind at Weston Favell practice. Have been with this practice since 1992 and rate them very highly. All treatment is done only as required and not forced into having. Just don’t change.
