Cannot fault my Dentist
First person of the day. Reception fine. Irritated by more forms to fill in and now the additional NHS Medical number for your files, which I shall give next visit. I understand the need as was explained by the dentist not the receptionist later during the examination. Cannot fault my Dentist nor the assistant, both were very attentive and the dentist has a great rapport with me and explains everything clearly and precisely. I appreciate this as anxiety can creep in to such an intimate personal examination. I highly recommend this surgery as the staff are approachable and kind. The procedure was efficient and for me short and sweet. No problems yet I know if there were any issues I would be advised well. The trust is there and of paramount importance. Thank you for the prompt services I appreciate this enormously. See you in six months for the next check-up.

Great staff, great services
You'll be welcomed into a small but cozy area, enough seating for your waiting time. You'll be queuing, in order, to be listened and served at the reception desk. Kind and helpful staff will guide you through anything you need to know. Doctors and nurses are professionals but also friendly. Great degree of professionalism and customer service. Helpful, supportive and efficient.

Treatment
Some of the receptionists are very welcoming however some come across as not so nice, a bit rude. Gov is the best dentist I have ever had. He’s friendly, always has time for you.

A joy to visit my dentist
I'm impressed with my dentists, as their procedures, from booking through reception, to treatment and follow-up care is efficient, effective and considerate.
It's less like "visiting the dentist" and more like visiting expert friends.

Quick and efficient service
Making appointments: good although initially I was told I must wait 2 months for an appointment to replace a crown that had come off. This was reduced to a week after I made a plea for more urgent attention.
Reception was very efficient and had a pleasant attitude.
Treatment was excellent, very fast and good rapport.
