Comfortable and calm
Having been really frightened of dentist visits for years I have now been able to attend appointments without shaking/sweating/dry mouth and actually (almost) feel comfortable and calm. My dentist explains everything that would be happening and uses breathing advice and other techniques to help me feel comfortable and completely safe. Even her dental assistant does her best to keep me feeling calm. Extra advice on non-alcohol based mouthwash and easy ways to improve brushing are very helpful. I wish I had found this dentist years ago.
