Politeness and individual attention from receptionists even though they were very busy.

Check up

My husband and I had a short clean while having our check up which was needed, our dentist was helpful in telling us about our own cleaning and what interdental brushes to use.

Annual check up

Had several reminders of my appointment. Arrived at surgery seen to straight away by receptionist and waited a very short time before seeing the dentist. I have seen my dentist before, she is very pleasant and helpful. She took X-rays which confirmed no treatment needed which was much better than having my teeth and gums prodded by a very sharp instrument! My teeth were cleaned which I appreciated then I was charged £25.80 which I felt was very reasonable.
A very satisfactory experience.
